One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Runner found a gap and took the lead. Strongline followed before Sergeant Tiger. Strongline suddenly started to galop. Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get Strongline to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Superstitious Satisfaction, Stopping Runner, Slow Stone, Strongline, Sergeant Tiger, Sneaking Closet, Lucky Thought, Green Thistle.




Slow Stone took the lead after 1000m. Stopping Runner didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Lucky Thought galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Slow Stone was still in the lead after 1500m.



Strongline was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. Stopping Runner litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Slow Stone never caught up with Stopping Runner who won. Strongline came third.
