One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Tropical Garden could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Lord Voldermort was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. A bird flew just in front of Lord Voldermort who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Tropical Garden was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Opposing Spring galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Tropical Garden was still in the lead after 1500m. Cyrus Cockney galloped for 40 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Stepping Red gallopped for 50 m.



Tropical Garden kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Cheval Sauvage won the race after a spectacular finish.
