The weather had been good all week and Kaustinen was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Heavy Asteroid took the lead after a very quick start. driver couldn't keep Glowing Pony to trotting so they were disqualified.

This is the positions after 500m. Deserve Attention, Cookie Dough, In The Sky, Light Sniper, Maestro, Criminal Folder, Holon´s Magneton, Hard To Believe. In The Sky was disturbed and galoped 10 m.

Cookie Dough sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Pekka Korpi tried a little too much on the homestretch and Deserve Attention started to galopp and lost 50 m. Markku Nieminen tried a little too much on the homestretch and King Glory started to galopp and lost 50 m.

Cookie Dough never caught up with Hard To Believe who won. Holon´s Magneton came third.
