One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Donato Makeover found a gap and took the lead. Stepping Starlight followed before Flying Sound.

Classic Statement took the lead after 1000m. Stepping Starlight didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Classic Statement followed by Stepping Starlight and Flying Sound. Lane two Donato Makeover followed by Quick Architecture and Bordeaux Farmer.




Donato Makeover put some pressure on the leader and could take over.



Donato Makeover kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Stepping Starlight sprinted over the finishline before Classic Statement and Donato Makeover.
