One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





For The People sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.




Nouveau Triomphe saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and For The People took the lead rather easily. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 20 m. Clever Than Ever galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.

Clever Than Ever galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




For The People kept the speed the whole finish and won before Nouveau Triomphe and Clever Than Ever.
