It had been raining for several days at Suonenjoki but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Rinaldo Palema. Force Of Speed ended up behind the leader. Stone Gossard got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

King Glory saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Perfect Ace was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Light Sniper sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Rinaldo Palema suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Light Sniper followed by Force Of Speed and Ghostly Wardrobe. Lane two Stone Gossard followed by Doctor and Perfect Ace. Front Rock galloped for 50 m. Castor galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

With only a little left of the race Ghostly Wardrobe galoped for 20 m. Doctor speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Ghostly Wardrobe galop. Ghostly Wardrobe lost 20 m.

Force Of Speed won the race after a spectacular finish.
