The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kannus this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Listen To Me tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Gentleman Knight that came steaming ahead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Gunther Pond was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Dead Stereo was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Gunther Pond galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Dead Stereo today. It continued in the lead.




Dead Stereo was still in the lead after 2000m.



Dream Of Fire showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Dead Stereo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Gentleman Knight didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
