One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Backslash tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Admiral Satellite that came steaming ahead. Admiral Satellite was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Puch Puch Puch saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Backslash showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Fast Crusher who started to galop and lost 20 m. Puch Puch Puch was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Mr Junior took the lead rather easily. Jack Gibraltar galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.

Admiral Satellite galopped for 30 m on the homestretch.

Alabaster Cherry won. Being Boiled came in second. Holy Maid caught third place.
