The weather had been good all week and Kalajoki was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Perfect Silverheart found a gap and took the lead. Rhapsody In Blue followed before Soft Sign. When the startcar left the field Fracas started to galop and lost 20 m.




Slowroller Cherry quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Soft Sign sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Soft Sign today. It continued in the lead.




Soft Sign kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Soft Sign sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Perfect Silverheart, 2 Soft Sign, 3 Slowroller Cherry.
