One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lone Crusher was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Early Morning saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Saint Darling sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Rainbow Boa galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Lone Crusher looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Cold Summer galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Lone Crusher sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Rainbow Boa made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Lone Crusher.
