The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

General Bomb could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Anders Christiansson wanted a little to much in the start and De Les Ciel galoped for 40 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Dominos, Coffey, Inhale Exhale, Shadow Heart, Sleepy Witch, General Bomb, De Les Ciel, Super Starshine.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Coffey was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Funky Fork galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Inhale Exhale saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. General Bomb started to gallop after 1500m and Veijo Heiskanen had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

With only a little left of the race General Bomb galoped for 10 m. Dominos speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Carlos Söderström tried a little too much on the homestretch and Super Starshine started to galopp and lost 20 m.

De Les Ciel won the race after a spectacular finish.
