One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Hot Red Planet took the lead after a very quick start. Hanna Olofsson wanted a little to much in the start and Hot Red Planet galoped for 40 m.

Sliding Rocket quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Starstruck Thought took the lead after 1000m. Double Skills didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Paris Cocktail galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Starstruck Thought followed by Calming Strategy and Admiral Baby. Lane two Hot Red Planet followed by Double Skills and Sliding Rocket.

Starstruck Thought looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Calming Strategy won. Double Skills came in second. Starstruck Thought caught third place.
