The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Mantorp today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Saint Michel was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Rindis Strong Bear was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




Rindis Strong Bear quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Rindis Strong Bear was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Lone Pirate suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 30 m.




Rindis Strong Bear was still in the lead after 1500m.



Rindis Strong Bear looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Fly Machine was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Saint Michel won the race after a spectacular finish.
