One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Natalie Eagle sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Waving Thought took the lead after 1000m. Høj Hastighed didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Waving Thought followed by Natalie Eagle and Singing Ruby. Lane two Høj Hastighed followed by Approach The Target and Moonlight Witch.



Høj Hastighed speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Natalie Eagle galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.




Waving Thought won. Høj Hastighed came in second. Singing Ruby caught third place.
