The sun was shining on Romme and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Power Angel tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Beautiful Amazon that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Power Angel started to galop and lost 10 m.




Growing Action quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Brilliant Buddy sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Northern Light was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Sergeant Printer galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Brilliant Buddy followed by Growing Action and Beautiful Amazon. Lane two Perfect Hunter D. followed by Power Angel and Northern Light.




Growing Action suddenly took over the lead. Brilliant Buddy was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Growing Action were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Beautiful Amazon won the race after a spectacular finish.
