One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Climbing Asteroid could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Avulla Halu started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Bad Romance who started to galop and lost 20 m.




Gimme Love looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gil Yotin couldn't come out from behind the leader, Climbing Asteroid.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Climbing Asteroid followed by Gimme Love and Etalon Rapide. Lane two Götalill followed by Coast To Coast and Gil Yotin.



Climbing Asteroid kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Climbing Asteroid kept the speed the whole finish and won before Gimme Love and Gil Yotin.
