The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Åby today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Clear My Thoughts sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Something Else saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Clear My Thoughts galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Lying Galaxy started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Sand Breeze sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Murmaid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Murmaid kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Murmaid sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Something Else made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Murmaid.
