One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Rabate sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Nova Warrior started to galop and lost 30 m. Ari Moilanen wanted a little to much in the start and Sharp Mind galoped for 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Illa Ledd Volt, Nova Warrior, Sleepy Pie, Light Wind, Rabate, Hot Summer Night, Sharp Mind, Flower Ruby.




Light Wind looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Nova Warrior couldn't come out from behind the leader, Illa Ledd Volt.




Illa Ledd Volt was still in the lead after 1500m. Rabate started to gallop after 1500m and Jan Norberg had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Illa Ledd Volt were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Nova Warrior galop. Nova Warrior lost 30 m.




Sleepy Pie won the race after a spectacular finish.
