One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fawltys Ticking Ii found a gap and took the lead. Coconut Dancer followed before Just No Good.

Oggio Maria quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Cornelias Method sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Oggio Maria accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Tropical Garden gallopped for 50 m.

Cornelias Method seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Cornelias Method kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

No-one could catch Cornelias Method today who won before Oggio Maria and Just No Good.
