One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ghetto Gospel. Riding On Clouds ended up behind the leader. Fawltys Dramaqueen got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Life Is Beautiful was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. Boo Folkeson wanted a little to much in the start and Starstruck Starlight galoped for 50 m.

Invisible Reality saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Life Is Beautiful took the lead after 1000m. Shakespears Sister didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Shakespears Sister looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Sahara speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Boo Folkeson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Starstruck Starlight started to galopp and lost 40 m.

Life Is Beautiful made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Ghetto Gospel.
