The weather had been good all week and Hankasalmi was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Zouzou La Belle was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Close Work accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Sergeant Body suddenly took over the lead. Great Big Boy galloped way to long and was disqualified.



Sergeant Body kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Sergeant Body. Zouzou La Belle came in second. Prince Héritier became third.
