Only a humble breeze blew over Harstad this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Soft Sign was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Rabate suddenly started to galop. Frode Hamre had to struggle to get Rabate to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Rabate looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Practice What You Preach couldn't come out from behind the leader, Soft Sign.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Soft Sign today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Rabate galoped for 50 m. Soft Sign looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Soft Sign kept the speed the whole finish and won before Turning Winter and Practice What You Preach.
