The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Skellefteå this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were For Good Times. Ab Mein Gemüt ended up behind the leader. Fair Sunflower got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Travelling Amazon saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Sad Queen started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Stargazer started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Ab Mein Gemüt sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Ab Mein Gemüt followed by For Good Times and Relaxing Play. Lane two Fair Sunflower followed by Travelling Amazon and Sad Queen.



With only a little left of the race Travelling Amazon galoped for 40 m. Ab Mein Gemüt looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Ab Mein Gemüt didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
