One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Mezzana Universale was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Free Throw was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Pompeji was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Tricky Thinker clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Fagerviks Obelix Blixt was still in the lead after 1500m. Tricky Thinker galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Fagerviks Obelix Blixt sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch. Mezzana Universale kept the speed the whole finish and won before Fagerviks Obelix Blixt and Estimer. Results
