One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Roberts Celebration was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Prince Dynamite quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Honourable Boulder was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Café Au Lait sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Café Au Lait today. It continued in the lead.



Roberts Celebration was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Café Au Lait kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Diamond Dandy won the race after a spectacular finish.
