Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Suger Perlen found a gap and took the lead. Walking Maid followed before Fair Sunflower.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Backstabbing Summer sprinted to the front.




Stretching Winter sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Fair Sunflower was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Backstabbing Summer was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.




Stretching Winter kept the speed the whole finish and won before Suger Perlen and Waving Lovebreaker.
