One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





South Pacific could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Honourable Stereo looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Beautiful Galaxy couldn't come out from behind the leader, South Pacific.




Honourable Stereo looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Beautiful Galaxy seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Just Moment galoped for 20 m. South Pacific litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Beautiful Galaxy sprinted over the finishline before South Pacific and Honourable Stereo.
