The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kajaani today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lucky Princess took the lead after a very quick start. Boogie Woogie Dance galloped way to long and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Crowns Jewel sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Lucky Princess who started to galop and lost 50 m. Crowns Jewel was disturbed and galoped 10 m. driver couldn't keep Dr. Cat to trotting so they were disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
