The sun was shining on Skellefteå and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Orecchietti sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Plain Simple, Orecchietti, Jolly Sunflower, Masked Magician, Bullseye, Unire Mio Viaggio, Shining Cake, . Shining Cake started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Bullseye sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Jolly Sunflower saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Jolly Sunflower didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Jolly Sunflower looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Masked Magician won. Orecchietti came in second. Plain Simple caught third place.
