One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





King Mars took the lead after a very quick start.




Perfect Cake saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and King Mars took the lead rather easily. Growing Angel was disturbed and galoped 30 m. Time To Chill showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one King Mars followed by Lady Lou and Growing Angel. Lane two Sowing Winter followed by Screaming Cruiser and Force De Temps.




King Mars kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



King Mars sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Screaming Cruiser made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before King Mars.
