One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sugar Boy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.

Sugar Boy was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Sugar Boy looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Pure Power couldn't come out from behind the leader, Made In Ottawa.

Sugar Boy was still in the lead after 1500m.

Made In Ottawa were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Oceania galop. Oceania lost 10 m.

Made In Ottawa kept the speed the whole finish and won before Sugar Boy and Læse Mig Beføjelser.
