Only a humble breeze blew over Kokkola this day. The track where in perfect shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Fresh Laundry found a gap and took the lead. Sweet Mum followed before Rose Thorne. When the startcar left the field Gold Rose started to galop and lost 40 m.

Fresh Laundry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Sowing Sun saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Rose Thorne galloped for 40 m.

Sowing Sun didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.

Sowing Sun looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

No-one could catch Sowing Sun today who won before Sweet Mum and Fresh Laundry.
