The sun was shining on Kaustinen today. A perfect day for trotting.

The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.

Golden Magician sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Give Me Strength sprinted to the front. Moonlight Witch started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Cedric took the lead after 1000m. Give Me Strength didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Cedric followed by Rugged Frenzy and Zizou Votolato. Lane two Golden Magician followed by Moonlight Witch and Give Me Strength.

Golden Magician suddenly took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Moonlight Witch galoped for 40 m. With only a little left of the race Addicted To Roses galoped for 20 m. Golden Magician kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Golden Magician kept the speed the whole finish and won before Cedric and Give Me Strength.
