The weather had been good all week and Bodø was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Hind Behind could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m. driver couldn't keep Almighty One to trotting so they were disqualified.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Viper sprinted to the front. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. A bird flew just in front of Quarcio Du Chene who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Bleu Blanc Rouge sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Growing Asteroid looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Zu Nullpunkt suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Almighty One galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Gunnar Eggen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Almighty One started to galopp and lost 30 m.

Final standings. 1 Hind Behind, 2 Zu Nullpunkt, 3 Growing Asteroid.
