One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Final Frontier found a gap and took the lead. Fighting Satellite followed before Flammen Larockma.




Volga quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Lady Hurricane showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Volga followed by Lord Lucan and Flammen Larockma. Lane two Glorious Star followed by Fighting Satellite and Rubberbandman.



With only a little left of the race Glorious Star galoped for 20 m. Volga looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Steel Moon was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Rubberbandman made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Lord Lucan.
