Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hard Boulder took the lead after a very quick start.




Stars And Stripes quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Shooting Cube took the lead after 1000m. First Rose didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




First Rose saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.



Sokrates was disturbed and galopped for 50 m. First Rose looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Hard Boulder sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
