One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Il Gabbia sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Day After Tomorrow, Frozen Map, Il Gabbia, Sneaky Cruiser, Dave The Barbarian, Stolen Train, Daiquiri, Limping Biscuit. driver couldn't keep Limping Biscuit to trotting so they were disqualified.




Il Gabbia looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Frozen Map couldn't come out from behind the leader, Day After Tomorrow.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Day After Tomorrow followed by Dave The Barbarian and Frozen Map. Lane two Il Gabbia followed by Stolen Train and Sneaky Cruiser.



Day After Tomorrow were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Il Gabbia won. Day After Tomorrow came in second. Dave The Barbarian caught third place.
