The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Romme this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hard Blast took the lead after a very quick start. One Time Cherry suddenly started to galop. Heinz Wewering had to struggle to get One Time Cherry to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Zao De Suite saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. One Time Cherry started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Growing Angel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Growing Angel were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Growing Angel kept the speed the whole finish and won before Zao De Suite and Hard Blast.
