One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Il Gabbia sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Frutti Della Vita was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. Calming Steel suddenly started to galop. Ulf Eriksson had to struggle to get Calming Steel to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Prince Agent sprinted to the front.




Universal Soldier sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Calming Steel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Calming Steel galoped for 20 m. Universal Soldier suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Prince Agent galop. Prince Agent lost 40 m.




Universal Soldier kept the speed the whole finish and won before Il Gabbia and Calming Steel.
