One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bruno Cherry could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Rapide Lebel sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Rapide Lebel today. It continued in the lead.



Rapide Lebel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Baron De Roussillon never caught up with Rapide Lebel who won. Bruno Cherry came third.
