Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Färjestad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





The Specialist could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Match Maker, The Specialist, System Faliure, Sans Parole, Pretty Darkness, Spider Love, Lonely Meadow, Amazing Box. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Match Maker today. It continued in the lead.




Match Maker didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



The Specialist was first on the homestretch followed by Match Maker and System Faliure.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Magnetic King galop. Magnetic King lost 20 m.




Match Maker won the race after a spectacular finish.
