One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flickering Sunray tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Speedy Svensson that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Flickering Sunray sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Speedy Svensson galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Flickering Sunray galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Speedy Svensson looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Brave Darkness speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
