One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Flower Love. Baby Blue ended up behind the leader. Ego Girl got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




This is the positions after 500m. Confident Legend, Gold Rose, Baby Blue, Platinum Missile, Just Amazing, Desperado, Ego Girl, Flower Love. A bird flew just in front of Del Tier who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Just Amazing looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Gold Rose couldn't come out from behind the leader, Confident Legend.
