One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Monkey Star could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Hard Blast started to galop and lost 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Tough Investigation, Von Schmeganhausen, Badlands, I'm The Scatman, Achtung Baby, Global Runner, Ironman, Hard Blast.

Global Runner sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Tough Investigation galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.

Global Runner was still in the lead after 1500m.

Hard Blast litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Global Runner made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Gentleman Action.
