Only a humble breeze blew over Kemijärvi this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Silver Spirit. Honourable Satellite ended up behind the leader. Sliding Rocker got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and High Reputation sprinted to the front. Thunder Road showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. A bird flew just in front of Falling Madness who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Flygarn Af Hjo took the lead after 1000m. Sliding Rocker didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Muscle Image suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Flygarn Af Hjo followed by Silver Spirit and Honourable Stereo. Lane two Sliding Rocker followed by High Reputation and Honourable Satellite.




Flygarn Af Hjo didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Flygarn Af Hjo kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sliding Rocker won the race after a spectacular finish.
