One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Bimbo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Simplement quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Simplement was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Simplement was still in the lead after 1500m. Last Melody galloped for 10 m.



Royal Gigolo suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Simplement made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Bimbo.
