One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Magic Moment tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sweet Mum that came steaming ahead. Chagall galloped way to long and was disqualified. Sweet Mum was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Magic Moment took the lead after 1000m. Lord Tor didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Magic Moment today. It continued in the lead.




Magic Moment was still in the lead after 2000m.



Magic Moment were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Lord Tor made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Magic Moment.
