One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shriekback found a gap and took the lead. Sulfur followed before Scar Tissue. Anders Funck wanted a little to much in the start and Shriekback galoped for 20 m. Foo-foo suddenly started to galop. Tommy Zackrisson had to struggle to get Foo-foo to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of En Plantet who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Sulfur looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Scar Tissue couldn't come out from behind the leader, Shriekback.



Mercy Me galloped for 60m and was disqualified. With only a little left of the race Fire Cracker galoped for 40 m. Sulfur looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Shriekback couldn't come out from behind the leader, Scar Tissue.






Willy Winner sprinted over the finishline before Shriekback and Sulfur.
