Le Diablotin kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Jorma Kontio tried a little too much on the homestretch and Flickering Wish started to galopp and lost 30 m. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Punching Ship galop. Punching Ship lost 20 m.
