One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Turning Gold sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Turning Gold was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Popsicle took the lead rather easily.




Turning Gold looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. driver couldn't keep Popsicle to trotting so they were disqualified.



Turning Gold looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Turning Gold. Loving Princess came in second. Popsicle became third.
